INGREDIENTS
 1 ½ cups warm water
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp active dry yeast
 1 ½ tsp salt
 3 ½ cups Plain Flour 
 1 tsp Bake Aid OR 1/2 tsp Relief OR 2 tsp Digest Easy liquid
METHOD
  1. Combine the water, honey, yeast and Biohawk product of choice in a large bowl. Whisk together with a fork and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes until there is a layer of foam on top.
  2. Add 3 1/2 cups of flour and the salt into the water mixture. Mix to form a dough.

  3. Knead until it is no longer sticky. You want your dough to be sticking to itself not your fingers. Keep adding flour and keep kneading until that happens.
  4. Form the dough into a loaf shape or divide into 2 and make baguettes or divide into equal size portions and roll into desired shape for bread rolls.
  5. Place on a baking tray and cover with a towel or cling wrap and let sit in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  6. Set your oven to 205℃.
  7. After 20 minutes, cut slits in the top of the dough with a sharp knife and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and slide onto cooling rack.

NOTES

  1. You can make different flavours by adding garlic and herbs, cinnamon and sultanas, nuts and seeds or whatever you dream up!
  2. If you are not using Biohawk Plain Flour with Bake Aid, add the Bake Aid or Relief or Digest Easy at step 1.
